Her instruction took place over the course of 3 days via MS Teams. She is very knowledgeable (MS certified) and also has the knack for instruction. She accurately assessed my level of competence/confidence with MS Project (I had "some" experience with earlier versions) early on Day 1. She didn't waste my time with processes with which I was familiar, so I was able to move ahead from the basics and drive on toward more advanced Project capabilities. More than once we had to "go back and review" but she is patient and tested me with questions that ensured I understood the subject matter. I highly recommend Ms. Holmes as she is a very pleasant instructor who also makes herself available for follow-on assistance.
And yes, I utilized that assistance post-class and she graciously and effectively steered me in the right direction.
